Conceived, scoped, wireframed, won funding for, and launched an iOS app that reached the top 20 of the health and fitness category on the Apple app store in 2012. Partnering with Floxx, a London based app development company based in London, a friend and I launched the world’s first sat-nav for runners called VIA. The app allowed users to plot running routes, and then guided them to their destination through audio navigation. The app was showcased in The Sun on Sunday, Men’s Health, Shortlist, and was named in The Sunday Times top 500 apps in the world. The app was then sold on to an app developer for further development.
