I was involved in the initial meeting with the client, right through to pushing the content up via the CMS on launch day. The site was built on an ATG platform and involved liaising with a number of third party suppliers such as The Logic Group, PayPal and Bazaar Voice to name just a few.
Additionally, I also oversaw the re-positioning, branding and roll out of the new loyalty card which was released simultaneously with the updated website. The 'Train to Gain' card replaced the dated GNC rewards card, and communicating this to all customers had to be handled extremely delicately, as benefits had been withdrawn.
